Ardea sits on the banks of the River Ant in Stalham Staithe, a small conservation hamlet where the waterside location means you're surrounded by the quiet rhythms of the Broads. The cottage is part of a boatyard, and that riverside setting is the real draw—you step out onto grassed grounds with garden furniture and a barbecue, looking straight across the water. Wroxham and the wider network of the Broads are under 10 miles away; the coast at Sea Palling is roughly 3.5 miles; Norwich cathedral and city centre make for a day trip. The Weavers Way footpath runs through the area if you want to walk or cycle locally.

Everything is on the ground floor: a living and dining space with Freeview TV and DVD player, a kitchen with electric cooker and full fridge, two bedrooms (one double, one with bunk beds), and a shower room.
