Owl Barn is a converted barn built from the vernacular style of rural North Norfolk. Set back from the coast road down a quiet track, the property sits between Overstrand and Mundesley, within reach of both Cromer's pier and the quieter beaches at Winterton-on-Sea and Wells-next-the-Sea. An open fire in the main living space is kept fuelled and ready for use.
The ground floor holds the living and dining room, a kitchen fitted with an electric cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, and a shower room. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with both bath and shower. The property sleeps six, and one well-behaved dog stays free. Parking is available on site, with additional room on the road outside. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels come as standard. No smoking or vaping indoors.
The Broads lie within forty minutes' drive, while Sheringham Park, Cley Marshes and local nature reserves make the area appealing to walkers and wildlife-watchers. Families are well served by beaches and seaside amusements; those after something quieter will find salt marshes, dunes and coastal paths in every direction.
