Rosemary sits on the edge of the Ludham & Potter Heigham Marshes National Nature Reserve, with easy access to the walks, water and wildlife that make this corner of Broadland special. The reserve itself—crossed by dykes, dotted with ancient woodland and open water—is on your doorstep. Potter Heigham, four miles away, has boat hire for exploring the reed-lined waterways; Wroxham, six miles off, offers more boats and the Bure Valley steam railway. Sea Palling's sandy beaches are a six-mile drive, and BeWILDerwood (a treetop adventure park) is nearby for families with children.
The cottage is a ground-floor conversion, everything in one open space: a living area with Freeview TV and DVD player, a dining area, and a kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is one double bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One dog is welcome. The nearest pub, the Falgate Inn, is within a mile's walk. The property is no-smoking.
