North Norfolk's coastline is within easy reach of Rowan Cottage, a three-bedroom property that sleeps six in the quiet village setting near St James Church, Southrepps. The cottage sits on a private drive with parking for two cars, backing onto an enclosed garden where children and dogs can play safely. Inside, the layout spreads across two floors: a living room with smart TV, dining area opening to the garden, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a kingsize, a double, and two singles—served by a family bathroom with bath and shower.

The games room keeps younger guests occupied with a console and toys. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; the cottage also has air source heat pump heating and a welcome pack.
