North Norfolk's coastline near Norwich draws families back year after year, and Sandbanks sits barely fifty metres from the beach at Bacton, where the sand stretches far and wide. The detached house itself is contemporary and well-maintained, sleeping six across three bedrooms—one double with its own shower room, and two twin rooms that share a bathroom with a bath and shower.

The ground floor centres on a living room with woodburner and Freeview, opening via French doors into a conservatory that overlooks the enclosed garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed to cook proper meals. What sets this place apart is the indoor heated pool—8 metres by 4 metres, depth 1.2 metres—allowing you to swim regardless of season or weather. The garden itself is lawned with a patio and terrace for sitting out on rare dry days; parking for two cars is provided.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. The house is available to families and couples only (no large group bookings). The wider area has plenty to draw you beyond the beach: golf, sailing and bird watching are all nearby, while Cromer and Sheringham lie within easy reach for their piers, gardens and railway heritage. For children, Bacton has a play area and the Norfolk Broads are close enough for a day trip.
