Sea Haven

The whole property is yours alone, accommodating up to six people across four bedrooms—a double with its own shower room, two singles, and one further single—plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. A woodburner warms the living room on cooler days, the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and there's a conservatory opening to the enclosed garden with patio seating.

Everything needed for a stay comes as standard: heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, plus fuel for the woodburner. On-site parking fits two cars. The garden is fenced and backs directly onto the sea wall, making this an especially easy base for young children or anyone who prefers not to venture far. The immediate surroundings favour a quiet seaside break—good for walking, bird-watching and fishing—though Cromer and Sheringham are within reach for livelier beaches and attractions. The North Norfolk Steam Railway runs through nearby countryside designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. One well-behaved dog is welcome. No smoking inside.
