The house retains original features and sits behind a large enclosed garden, with a courtyard at the rear; parking accommodates 8–10 cars.

The ground floor holds a living room with television, a dining space, and a kitchen fitted with a range cooker, dishwasher and other essentials for cooking proper meals. Bedrooms are spread across three storeys—some doubles, some singles, some configured for children—with five shower rooms and bathrooms between them. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, the lawned garden includes a hot tub (available 8am–8pm), garden furniture and a barbecue for gatherings.
