Sea Breeze

You enter Sea Breeze into a living room where a woodburner and Freeview TV face out across the ground floor. The kitchen sits beside it, equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, microwave, fridge—and opens to a dining space. Upstairs, the first-floor bedroom holds a kingsize bed with an en-suite bathroom offering both bath and shower. The second floor has two single beds. Throughout, wooden floors run underfoot, and the essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. The outhouse contains a washing machine.

A lawned garden lies 10 yards from the cottage, shared with other properties in the terrace, with seating and furniture already there. Blakeney village sits within walking distance of a pub, restaurant and shops—all roughly 500 yards away. The North Norfolk coast offers serious attractions: the seal colony at Blakeney Point (boat trips available), the marshes and beaches around Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham, Morston Hall two miles off, and Holt market town five miles out. Walking, cycling and bird watching are all on the doorstep, as is crabbing along the quayside. One dog is welcome. The cottage has steep and narrow stairs between floors.
