Beach Haven

Beach Haven sits on elevated ground near Beeston Hill in North Norfolk, a detached house built into the hillside with the coastal path starting just yards from the door. The building has been refurbished and opens onto an enclosed lawned garden with patio. Three bedrooms sleep six: one double and a three-quarter double on the ground floor, a second double and a single on the first floor, plus a bathroom downstairs and separate toilet upstairs. One well-behaved pet stays free.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer—while the living room has a wood burner (initial logs provided), smart TV and full-length windows overlooking the garden. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. There is parking for two cars on site. The house does not accommodate smoking.

Walking and cycling routes fan out across the area; Sheringham town, with its beach, shops and cafés, is a 15-minute walk downhill. The Poppy Line steam railway, Sheringham Park, and the RSPB reserves at Blakeney are within reach for a day out. Families with younger children will find a cot, highchair and stairgate already in place. Note there are three steps in the garden itself.
