Stileaway is a detached bungalow positioned to make the most of this setting, with everything on one floor and direct access to an enclosed garden where you can sit out between explorations.

The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—a kingsize in one room and two singles in the other—with a bathroom containing bath and shower. Downstairs there's a living room with a woodburner (logs supplied), a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, including a dishwasher and washer dryer. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all included. You have parking for two cars on site, a bike store, and a small sitting area in the garden with furniture. The Falgate Inn is 500 yards away; restaurants are within a mile.

The location works for different seasons and interests. Summer brings sailing and windsurfing at nearby Hickling Broad, cycling through the Broads, and sandy beaches seven miles distant at Winterton-on-Sea. In winter, Horsey Beach offers seal pups. BeWILDerwood adventure park sits at Horning for families with children. Norwich is a drive inland if you want a day in the city. No smoking in the property.
