Swallow Cottages, No. 2

A restored country cottage in North Norfolk, Swallow Cottages No. 2 offers two bedrooms and one bathroom across two floors. Downstairs there is a living room with a wood-burning stove and freeview smart television, plus a kitchen-dining space with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer-dryer. Upstairs are a king-size bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, along with a bathroom featuring a bath and shower. One well-behaved dog stays free of charge. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; initial fuel for the wood burner is provided.

The cottage sits on its own with private parking for one car and access to a rear garden with seating. A welcome pack is left on arrival, and travel cots, high chairs and stairgates are available if needed. The setting is rural, with open countryside views from the garden. The coast lies within reach—Cromer is roughly 20 minutes away—and the Norfolk Broads and Norwich are similarly accessible. Smoking is not permitted inside.
