Green Farm – The Coach House sits on a working smallholding in North Norfolk, where sheep graze across four acres and converted stone barns provide holiday accommodation. The Coach House itself is a three-bedroom conversion with space for four guests, set as a self-contained property with its own parking for two cars. One dog stays free and kennels are available on site; the animal must be kept on a lead in the shared grounds, which include a sitting area and garden furniture.
The layout spreads across two floors: downstairs holds a living room with Freeview Smart TV, dining room and kitchen equipped for proper cooking, plus a shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms – one with zip-and-link single beds that can be pushed together, the other two with single beds – and a bathroom with a bath. The essentials are covered: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, and a travel cot and highchair are available for families with young children. A barbecue is shared with neighbouring properties.
The North Norfolk coast lies six miles away; Weybourne's shingle beach, Cromer's pier and Sheringham's sands are all within easy reach. The Norfolk Broads sit under 20 miles off, and the area is thick with attractions: BeWilderwood, the North Norfolk Heritage Railway, Blickling and Holkham estates, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and RSPB Cley draw both families and nature enthusiasts year-round. No smoking indoors.

We had a brilliant, restful stay. The area is very rural, there are pheasants, hares, deers pretty much everywhere you look. It's wonderful. It's also a great price for the cottage and area, we loved it and will be back.

Stayed at The Orchard 8th to 11th April for my birthday. I've seen damaging reviews elsewhere about this little place. This wont be one of them. VFM 5 STARS COMFORT 5 STARS LOCATION 5 STARS LOCAL FACILITIES 5 STARS If you're going to look for somewhere to stay, in the middle of nowhere, and don't want to be charged ridiculous amounts of money for the pleasure, then this is your place. Yes it needs a little modernisation, but who goes away and stays in the place 24 hours a day? I would gladly return in a heartbeat. Thank you.

We stayed at the Stables, the setting is fantastic however the property was a let down and very tired. We booked this via Cottages.comThe armchair had bits of Leather falling off and was virtually bald. My wife spilt a coffee on the floor so we got the mop out. We only mopped a small area but the colour of the water was very dirty, it had not been mopped in a long time. There was also no headroom in the Shower and I am 5 foot 9 due to a beam which I suppose they cannot help but should mention this when booking. The welcome pack was a pint of milf, a bottle of Prosecco and a pack of Lidl crisps. No salt in the cupboard we had to ask for it, no washing up liquid or dishcloth and only one handwash for both the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Half of a toilet roll. These are standards in every other property we have stayed at with the website. The owner needs to take a step up and make the place more homely.

Myself, my wife Anna-Marie, and our two boarder collies Hamlet & Horatio, stayed for a week in The Stable cottage from 1st - 7th May 2024. Not only did we fall in love with Green Farm, but also with our two hosts and the most beautiful county Norfolk. If what you want is a relaxing break, 6.5 miles from the sea by car, (Sheringham, Cromer, and East Runton), this is the place to stay. (Actually, I want to take this opportunity to tell you that we had a very nice lunch in the Robin Hood pub, in Sheringham, which itself was our favourite of the seaside towns there). The grounds are beautiful, and there are forest and open country walks on the doorstep. I can't recommend the town of Holt enough. It is absolutely lovely, as is Fackenham, just a short drive further away. I always just took Devon as the best of England's counties. Not only do I like Norfolk more, but I intend to move there. These are the friendliest of people I have met in our fair country.
