This single-storey cottage occupies a secluded spot at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Weybourne, with open farmland immediately behind it. Floor-to-ceiling windows face the fields, capturing light throughout the day and framing seasonal changes in the landscape. The outlook is genuinely rural—deer graze in the distance, migrant birds arrive and depart, and on clear evenings the sky stretches unobstructed across the horizon. Every so often the North Norfolk Railway steam trains pass through the fields beyond, a small nostalgic detail that adds character without disturbing the peace.
The whole property is yours alone. A sitting room with woodburner and smart TV opens onto a small back garden; the kitchen has an electric oven and hob for proper cooking, plus a washing machine for longer stays. One bedroom with a kingsize bed, one bathroom with bath and shower, and heating throughout are included. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. Parking for one car is on site. No smoking indoors.
Despite the rural setting, you are only a short walk from Weybourne's pub and shop, and the sea is within easy reach. Coastal paths and beaches lie moments away if you want them; the cottage works equally well as a base for exploring or as a place to stay put and watch the landscape.
