Trailor Cottage suits families and small groups needing space to spread out. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: a double with ensuite on the ground floor, and two further bedrooms upstairs, each with a pair of single beds. There are two bathrooms in total. The ground floor is open plan, combining living and dining areas with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Wi-Fi and parking for one car are provided, and the essentials—heating, electricity and bed linen—are included.

The cottage stands in a converted barn cluster at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A shingle beach and the North Norfolk coast are within walking distance, and the Peddars Way and North Norfolk Coastal Path both start from the doorstep. Holt itself, a Georgian market town, is five miles away. Closer by are a village shop and pub, fifty yards from the door, and a restaurant eighty yards away. Sheringham, three miles south, has a sandy beach, pier and aqua park. Woodland walks at Kelling Heath are just two miles off. The property does not permit smoking.

Great cottage to explore Norfolk. Comfortable accommodation and everything you might need during your stay

We were actually in Tractor cottage not trailor cottage, the cottage was very nice, only thing was we would have preferred our bedroom to have been on the first floor not the ground floor, but other than that great. 😉

Lovely. In a quiet cul-de-sac. Very clean and well furnished. Beds are comfortable and kitchen very well provisioned. Close to local shop/cafe and beach. We had a great week and will definitely come again.
