The Cart Shed

The Cart Shed is a barn conversion on the edge of a working livery yard in North Norfolk, sleeping two in a single bedroom. The whole property is yours alone. What arrives with you matters: electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included, and a welcome pack is waiting. The hot tub—private, seated for four, tucked under decking but still facing the fields—is free to use throughout your stay. One dog is welcome at no extra charge.

Everything sits on the first floor in an open plan layout. The living space has a smart TV and dvd player. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge—rather than a token setup. A zip-and-link bed in the bedroom converts to two singles if needed. Heating throughout comes from gas central heating and electric underfloor heating in the shower room. Outside, the raised decked area has garden furniture for sitting or eating; a garage houses a washing machine, dryer and bike storage. There is parking for one car and an electric vehicle charging point on site (charged separately to the owner). No smoking throughout the property.

The location is rural and quiet, with views across open countryside and the wildlife that passes through. Twelve steps lead to the entrance. The nearest coast is North Norfolk's beaches and villages.
