North Norfolk's quieter lanes hide this traditional cottage, which sits surprisingly close to both the sea and the Broads despite its secluded feel. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms and one bathroom, making it a practical base for a family or two couples wanting to explore the area without the bustle of a busier village.

Downstairs, the living and dining room has an open fire and Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one with a king bed, and two singles (each with a pull-out single for children). The essentials—heating, electricity, linen, towels and wifi—are included. There is private parking for four cars on site and an enclosed garden with seating and a firepit; the grounds include a shared sitting area. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The cottage comes with access to a boathouse containing a small canoe, and an indoor heated pool next door can be booked by the hour. Mundesley beach is roughly four miles away; Cromer and the broader Norfolk coast are within easy reach. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. No smoking is permitted inside.
