The Cart Shed

North Norfolk's shoreline draws visitors year-round—Cromer's pier and seafront are within reach, and smaller beaches and coastal walks punctuate the landscape around this converted barn. The Cart Shed sits inland enough to feel peaceful, yet close enough that a bracing walk to the sea is feasible. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: two with super king beds, one with zip-and-link twins that split into singles. Two bathrooms serve the house—one ensuite to the first bedroom, the other a walk-in shower room. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

Everything happens on the ground floor. The open-plan living and dining area has French doors onto the garden and patio; the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and a washer-dryer if laundry needs attention. Air-source heat and underfloor heating keep the space warm through colder months. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; electricity is covered too. The garden has seating and a barbecue. One car can park on the property; additional parking is across the street. The property is non-smoking. One well-behaved dog is welcome to join you.
