The Chase

Walcott's position on the north coast puts the sea within a short walk, and the wider region within reach for day trips. Cromer's pier and promenade lie 12 miles south; Sheringham, home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, is 16 miles away. The Norfolk Broads at Wroxham, 12 miles inland, offer boat hire and riverside exploration. Bacton Woods nearby are good for walking and cycling. For livelier seaside entertainment, Great Yarmouth is 22 miles distant, while National Trust properties including Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are accessible for visits.

The Chase is a single-storey detached bungalow sleeping six across three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. There is one bathroom with a shower cubicle, plus a separate toilet. The ground-floor layout includes a living and dining room with Freeview TV and DVD player, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. A travel cot and highchair are available.

The property stands within its own enclosed garden with space to sit outside. Private parking for four cars is on site. The village has a shop and pub within walking distance. No smoking is permitted inside.
