The Old Cottage and Field View Annex is two interconnected properties near Norwich—the main house with three bedrooms and a detached annex with two more, together sleeping up to 11 people. The setup suits extended family groups or friends travelling together; the annex offers some separation while remaining part of the whole. Dogs stay free and a welcome pack includes doggy extras. A ground-floor bedroom and shower room in the main house means stairs are avoidable, and a travel cot and highchair are available by request.
The main cottage has a living room with woodburner and smart TV opening to the garden, and a kitchen-diner fitted for feeding a crowd—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and everything else needed to cook and gather. Three bathrooms serve the five bedrooms upstairs. The annexe contains a second living space with sofa bed, a kitchen-diner, and a wet room. Central heating and wi-fi are included. Outside there is private parking for four cars, an enclosed front garden with seating and barbecue, and countryside views from the annex.
The sandy beach lies two minutes away, making this a base for exploring Norfolk's coast and the Norfolk Broads National Park. Walcott Stores is nearby for provisions. The property is non-smoking.

What a beautiful cottage 😍 six adults and three doggies were lucky enough to stay at The Old Cottage and we were blown away with everything. From the high quality bedding, the farrow and ball colour scheme throughout, the comfortable outdoor seating as well as the most well equipped kitchen you could wish for. The Cottage was immaculately clean and the owner was responsive and helpful. A 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stay!

Lovely cottage with everything you need, it’s in a great location for the beach and as a base to explore further a field. Furnished and decorated well, dog friendly with a lovely welcome pack on arrival.

We recently enjoyed a weekend stay here and honestly couldn’t fault the place. It’s a beautiful old cottage, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cottage itself was spotless, with super comfortable beds. The beach is just a stone’s throw away. Plenty of parking available at the cottage, which was a real bonus. I would highly recommend this cottage and would happily stay again.

I stayed at the cottage for a weekend with my partner and some family. The cottage was a brilliant size, felt super cozy and homely and was a brilliant location. There was great parking space and the beach was just around the corner. I will definitely be trying to stay again!
