The Old Cottage

The beach is moments away on foot, and from there you can explore the Norfolk coastline or head inland to the Broads National Park. Walcott Stores is nearby for essentials. The Old Cottage itself is a character property with low doorways and original beams, arranged over two floors with three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeping up to six people.

Downstairs there's a sitting room with a woodburner, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking (electric range, dishwasher, microwave), and a bedroom with two single beds plus a shower room—useful if stairs are a concern. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, both with kingsize beds. The kitchen has a washing machine and coffee machine; Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are included, along with the initial fuel for the woodburner. The property comes with travel cot, highchair and fireguard. One well-behaved dog can stay free of charge.

Outside is a fully enclosed lawned garden with high fencing, garden furniture and a barbecue—a secure space where children can play and you can eat outdoors. There's parking for four cars on site. The cottage doesn't permit smoking. Check-in is after 4pm, check-out before 10am.
