North Norfolk's Wroxham sits on the River Bure, surrounded by water meadows and linked to the Broads beyond. The Sail Loft – Main Sail is a dockland-style apartment right on the waterfront, its decked balcony facing the river. The setting is working and lived-in: cafes along the water's edge, boats passing, the rhythms of a proper river village.

The property sleeps 9 across five bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over three floors. Ground floor has two double bedrooms (one with ensuite) plus a single, with a shower room between them. The first floor holds the living space – a generous lounge and separate kitchen-diner – both opening onto the balcony. A second double and further single are on the top floor with their own ensuite and a family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, along with WiFi. On-site parking takes two cars. No smoking throughout.

The river access is the real draw. A private mooring comes with the property, and a motor launch is available for guests to use at no extra cost (except during Whitsun and the summer school holidays, when day boats can be hired directly). Fishing is possible nearby with a valid licence. The location suits groups and families wanting space and time on the water; Aldeburgh Cinema is close by for quieter evenings. One pet is welcome. The only practicality: unfenced water lies four feet from the rear of the building.
