Unit 44

Unit 44 is a ground-floor lodge at Kelling Heath Holiday Park, where the indoor heated pool, gym with sauna, and tennis court are steps away rather than somewhere you need to drive. The park itself sits in woodland, with trails to explore on foot, and the North Norfolk coast is within reach for beaches and coastal walks. A welcome pack is provided, and the essentials—electricity, bed linen and towels—are included.

The layout works for families: an open-plan living and dining space with a sofa bed, a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite toilet, and a twin room served by a separate shower room. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob for proper cooking. Outside, your own patio and barbecue overlook the woodland, with parking for three cars on site. Most of the park's facilities—the pools, gym, sauna and tennis—do charge additional fees when you use them.

No smoking is permitted. The property sleeps six and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
