Whitley Bay's sandy beaches and promenade sit within walking distance of this two-bedroom cottage. Helen's Place occupies a quiet street lined with local shops, cafés and restaurants, while the seafront is close enough for a morning stroll. A pub operates within a mile, and the wider North East coast—from Tynemouth and Cullercoats westward to Newcastle—is easily reached by car or public transport.

The property spreads across three floors. Ground level holds an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king-size bed; the other contains a double and a single, sleeping five in total. A shower room serves both. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The front of the property has shared seating, and permit parking is available on nearby streets.

No smoking is permitted indoors. Check-in is after 4pm, checkout before 10am.
