Pleasant Place

Pleasant Place is a two-bedroom cottage spread across three floors in the village of Kegworth, North West Leicestershire. What sets this property apart is how thoroughly it is equipped: the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can cook properly, do laundry, and manage a full stay without constraint. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The living room has a smart TV and electric wood burner for comfort on cooler days.

Upstairs are a double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) and a family bathroom with both a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. The top floor holds a twin bedroom with two single beds (3ft each). The property sleeps four and is yours alone; there's an enclosed garden with patio for outside space, and on-road parking outside. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. Kegworth itself has pubs, shops and everyday services within walking distance. The cottage does not permit smoking.
