What visitors say
A pleasant place to stay to visit Scarborough in our motorhome. Site tidy and facilities modern and clean. Laundry room with good washing machines and a tumble dryer which we used. On site bar popular and also does food. Excellent bus service, stop just outside the park. We cycled into Scarborough most days. Most of journey on a cycle path.

We have a static caravan on this family owned site. We have had it 2 years and are going into our 3 rd year. This is a beautiful well maintained site , owner only no renting out , the site fees are low in comparison to other sites in the area. The beach is a very short walk away and is dog friendly all year round. The site is dog friendly and has a dog walk to ensure the site is kept clean. The pub on site has a friendly atmosphere, good food at competitive prices and a great beer garden and children’s play area. During the summer live bands and singers play and outside, under cover areas are used for live screen events. There is an undercover child’s play area and soon to be fishing lake. With a tea room planned for the future. On the road outside the park are bus stops that either take you into Scarborough one way or Bridlington and Filey the other way at really good travel prices so you can leave your car and go. The site staff are helpful , friendly and work really well as a team. The owners are great and work extremely hard to ensure their site is well presented at all times ,they communicate well and nothing is too much trouble. New caravans are sold at reasonable prices and so are the second hand ones , there is no hard sell and no ripping off if you want to sell on ,all is open and transparent. There is a small touring caravan and mobile home site to the park which is usually fully booked during the summer months so you have to book early. The season opens 1st of March til the end of November when they host an end of season party for owners. We can’t wait for the season to start so we can get back to our happy place , chill out and enjoy good friendly company.

Exceptionally clean and tidy sire, great location for a quick walk to the beach. Lots of grasses areas to walk dogs and an added bonus of a secure dig field too. Pub on site 'the towbar' good food and prices. Only downfall is the shower blocks are not heated which causes lots of steam when a shower is running to the rest of the block.
