What visitors say
The site is lovely and close to the sea, the staff where lovely and let us check in a little early, the amenities are well serviced clean and tidy and there really is a lot to do. There is plenty of restaurants etc but sadly the capatilise on a captured audience. Two fish and chips with a child's sausage cost £37, this seems expensive taking in to consideration the chips where oven fried and the fish tiny, drinks again reflect the lack of alternatives. The van was a silver booked for two adults a five year old and two dogs, there was no decking for the dogs making it overly complex. The van was ok but basic so I dread to think what a bronze van is like. Would I come again or advise it, probably not.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cayton Bay Holiday Park! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the lodges, and it was spotless, honestly one of the cleanest accommodations we’ve ever experienced. It felt fresh, well maintained, and really comfortable, making it easy to relax straight away. The entertainment on the park was amazing and there was always something going on to keep everyone entertained. Whether it was shows or activities, the atmosphere was lively and fun throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the activities, especially the high ropes for our teenage daughter, such an exciting experience and really well organised. It added a real sense of adventure to the holiday and is something we’d highly recommend trying. What truly made the trip special was the staff. Every single member of the team we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time, which made a big difference. Overall, we couldn’t fault our stay and would absolutely come back again. A brilliant holiday from start to finish, this was our third trip to Cayton and we’ll be back in the summer!

Had a gorgeous week, caravan was clean and food was delicious. I spent every night in the Showbar with my Niece and Nephew who had the best time at the Starland entertainment. Matty and Mia have been amazing on a daytime and on a night . They were so engaging with the kids and took time to get to know them. Mia sang one night and it was fantastic she has a beautiful voice my niece loved it. Had a chat with the lights and sound guy Joe who does an amazing job. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely location. What I do have an issue with is paying £385 for 3 nights and not being supplied with toilet paper in the supposedly 'gold' standard accommodation.. Come on Parkdean. Must do better than that. Van okay, not totally clean. TV mounted so high may as well have been on the ceiling.
