This is Northallerton's hidden gem. Superb food and service in a stunning, reclaimed, purpose-built cafe/restaurant. The cheese and ham toastie and side of fries, with coleslaw, salad and some crisps, with an Americano is just the thing when you've been walking around in the cold. Very polite and welcoming staff, who can tell you the history of the building. It's also a camping and caravan site.
