Had a great 2 nights at this hotel. Ate on first night and the food was superb. The sea trout was beautifully cooked and flavoursome. The steak and Guiness pudding was top quality. The room was clean and tidy but apart from 4 coathangers , there was nowhere to put out clothes. The blind on the velux window was not a proper blackout blind. But it still a great location to explore from and the 2 breakfasts were lovely

A lovely area to explore. The room was very comfortable,clean and with ample tea/coffee. All staff were very friendly, thank you Charlie. Evening meal was delicious, plenty of choice, and that alone would make us return.

Lovely recently decorated room. Very comfy bed. A la carte menu has good selection. Food superb. Staff very friendly.

Really nice classic pub food. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend coming. Staff are friendly and attentive. 3 courses on a Sunday is £33
