Very disappointed with the customer service experience here. My girlfriend and I had booked a glamping pod for our anniversary and had already paid a deposit, only to be told our booking was being cancelled due to an event they decided to run that weekend. While a refund was offered, the only alternative dates provided were midweek stays or dates over two months later, which were obviously not comparable to the original anniversary weekend date booking. No meaningful effort was made to offer an equivalent weekend stay, upgrade, discount, or any real resolution beyond “sorry”. I understand operational issues can happen, but cancelling confirmed customer bookings because of a change in business plans feels very unprofessional and left us scrambling to replace plans that had been booked in good faith. Just something future customers should be aware of when relying on bookings for special occasions.

It's a caravan/motorhome stop. Shared facilities are good and central to all pitches. Would use this site again. Less experienced drivers might struggle with access.
