Aspen Grove Lodge

Aspen Grove Lodge is a converted barn in the village of Sutton, built on a single level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main living spaces—a sitting room with an open fire and a kitchen/dining room—both open onto the garden and patio. One bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite bath and shower; a second has a double bed with an ensuite cubicle shower; the third contains two single beds. A family bathroom with a bath serves the third bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook from, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. Heating and hot water run on oil central heating, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The garden features a summerhouse, patio furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. There is parking for three cars on site, and a store for bikes. One well-behaved pet stays free. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included in the rental; the initial fuel for the open fire is provided, though you can buy more locally if needed. A travel cot and highchair are available. Sutton is positioned between the North York Moors National Park and the Yorkshire Dales, making it a base for walking. The market town of Thirsk, the cathedral city of Ripon and the spa town of Harrogate are all within driving distance. No smoking is permitted in the property.
