Barmoor Farm Cottages - Jasmine Cottage

Jasmine Cottage is a traditional stone building on the Barmoor Farm site, a cluster of holiday properties set between open countryside and the North York Moors. The cottage sits three miles from Scarborough's beaches, with views across meadows toward the castle and sea. Two bedrooms sleep four: downstairs are two single beds in an ensuite, while upstairs holds the four-poster double with a separate ensuite bathroom. A third bathroom serves the ground floor. The main living space is open plan, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner.

Bed linen, towels and superfast wifi are included. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, shared with other properties on site. Outside, a walled garden with patio and loggia faces west for evening sun; a shared barbecue is available. The cottage has parking for two cars. Scalby village, which has a church, café and two pubs, is a 15-minute walk away. Scarborough offers the Sea Life Centre, Theatre in the Round, restaurants and harbour trips. The Moors provide straightforward walking and cycling. No smoking inside the cottage, please.
