Bellypig Cottage

Bellypig Cottage works well for families or groups needing separate sleeping spaces. The three bedrooms contain two singles, a kingsize and a double, served by one bathroom with a shower. Downstairs there's a living room with woodburner and television, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—gas oven, hob, microwave and all the essentials. One dog can stay free of charge.

The cottage sits on the edge of Bellerby village, a listed 16th-century stone building with an enclosed lawned garden to the front, complete with patio and barbecue. A gentle walk down the village lane takes you to the Cross Keys Inn. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; there's also wood for the burner. On-road parking is available. Leyburn town, a couple of miles away, has shops and services; the area itself is known for walking, with Aysgarth Falls a popular local destination. No smoking indoors.
