Cherry Tree Cottage stands at the edge of Bellerby's village green, where streams and the mill race flow through the Yorkshire Dales settlement. The whole property is yours alone, accommodating up to six guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, another a four-poster double, and the third has two singles; each of the first two comes with its own ensuite shower room, while the third shares access to a bathroom fitted with both a roll-top and a slipper bath. A small step exists at the top of the stairs landing.
Downstairs, a living room with a gas fire in a Victorian cast-iron surround opens onto an open-plan kitchen and dining area, where a wood-effect electric fire provides additional warmth. The kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave; a separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside, an enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and a barbecue adjoins the cottage, and two cars can park on the shared drive.
The village is four miles from the Yorkshire Dales National Park and near the Cross Keys Inn. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside.
