High Dale Cottage

High Dale Cottage is a single-bedroom property sleeping two in the village of Bellerby, near Leyburn in the North Yorkshire Dales. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with initial fuel for the wood burner and a welcome pack. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric oven, hob and microwave, and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

The cottage comprises a ground-floor living area with wood burner and smart TV, a double bedroom upstairs with an en-suite walk-in shower, and heated towel rail. An enclosed back garden with courtyard seating and furniture provides outdoor space, and private parking for one car is available on site. One small dog stays free of charge, though smoking is not permitted inside. The village has a pub, the Cross Keys Inn, within easy reach, and Leyburn town centre is about two miles away on foot across open countryside. Direct access to walks in the surrounding Dales is available from the cottage.
