The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking. There's a shower room, and unusually, a separate drying room with a Belfast sink—useful after days outdoors in the Dales. A washing machine is on site. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with electricity and Wi-Fi; parking is available on the property.

This is the kind of place to base yourself for walking and cycling in the Dales, with Aysgarth Falls and Wensleydale as obvious first stops. York makes a feasible day trip. There is no smoking in the property.
