Celestria

Celestria suits groups of up to 12 who want space to spread out and entertain together. The house combines period architecture with contemporary interiors across six bedrooms and four bathrooms, set within open grounds in the North Yorkshire countryside. Each bedroom has a zip-and-link super-king bed configurable as twins, giving flexibility for different group compositions. The grounds include parking on site and a hot tub for guests to use.

The layout prioritizes communal living without feeling cramped. A large open-plan kitchen and dining area has a substantial table for group meals, with an island and range cooker for cooking from scratch. A separate preparation kitchen and utility room cater to the logistics of feeding a crowd. Beyond the kitchen lie distinct spaces for different moods: a games room for entertainment, an intimate sitting room with an open fire, and a bar area. Natural light floods through large windows and high ceilings dominate the main rooms. Artwork and furnishings throughout reflect a more considered approach than typical holiday lets.

Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; robes and extra hot tub towels are provided for everyone. The Hidden Tearoom is nearby for a break from cooking. No smoking is permitted. Arrive after 16:00 and depart before 10:00. One well-behaved pet is welcome.
