The entire cottage is yours alone: a single bedroom with a super kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with freestanding bath, and an open-plan living and dining space that centres on a wood burner. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, and there's a smart TV for streaming. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included; logs for the burner are provided to start with.

The cottage occupies the first floor of a converted building, accessed by 16 steps. On-site parking for one car is available. You have use of 25 acres of grounds shared with other properties, which include a sitting-out area, tennis court and bike store. The setting is rural North Yorkshire, within reach of the Dales and their walking routes. No smoking is permitted in the property.
