Emily’s Cottage

The enclosed garden with patio is what sets Emily's Cottage apart—a private outdoor space where you can sit out even when the Yorkshire weather turns damp. The cottage itself is a two-bedroom property in Hebden, sleeping up to four guests. It has one bathroom upstairs, a wood-burning stove in the living room, and a full kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with fuel for the stove. Parking is on site for one car, with additional space on the road outside.

The ground floor holds the living room with its woodburner, a kitchen-dining area, and a sun room with an extra freezer. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed and one with bunks, plus the bathroom. The cottage welcomes one pet and is yours alone for the duration of your stay. It does not permit smoking. Access to the main door involves one step, and the garden has four steps, so worth noting if mobility matters to you.

Hebden sits within reach of the Dales themselves, with The Old School Tea Room nearby if you want a break from cooking. The village itself is quiet—the kind of place where a stay naturally tips toward walking, reading and fires rather than rushing about.
