Swallows Nest is a stone cottage in the village of Hebden, set among the Yorkshire Dales with direct access to walking routes. The property sleeps five across three bedrooms—one with a super king, one with two singles and an ensuite shower, and one single—plus a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet. Downstairs, there's a living room with a woodburner (initial logs provided), a dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, with a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Wifi, heating, linen and towels are all included.
The Old School Tea Room is a short walk away. Grassington, less than two miles off, has independent shops, several pubs and restaurants, and hosts the Summer Music and Arts Festival. From Hebden you can reach Grassington or Burnsall on foot using the riverside paths alongside the Wharfe, stopping at one of the local pubs on the way back. Bolton Abbey, nine miles away, has the ruins of the abbey and woodland walks. The property has parking for one car on site and a bike store. No smoking inside.
