Green Acres

Green Acres is a single-bedroom cottage in Clint, a small village in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The entire property is yours alone. Everything sits on the ground floor: an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen at one end, a bedroom with a double bed, and a separate shower room. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Underfloor central heating keeps the place warm, and the essentials—bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi—are all included.

Patio doors lead from the living space to a rear garden with furniture, ideal for sitting out when the weather allows. There is on-road parking. The village lies near Harrogate and within a mile of a pub. Scenic walks into the surrounding countryside start from the door. No smoking indoors.
