What a lovely little gem of a hotel. We stayed in one of the outside rooms, it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and the shower had amazing water pressure! Nothing worse than trying to rinse shampoo out of your hair with a limp drizzle. That wasn't an issue here. The location is perfect for a day shopping in Harrogate, or a trip to Ripley Castle which was 5 minutes away, plus other attractions. Food and service were great, and ample seating inside and outside of the Inn is lovely to enjoy a cocktail or bottle of wine. This is somewhere we will definitely return to.

Recently stayed at The Inn South Stainley and what a gorgeous little place it is. Rooms were immaculately clean, stylish and the teatray, fully stocked 🫶 I was extremely happy to see they had a great wine list, plenty of choices and tried some new gins too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our evening meal was to die for, I highly recommend the lamb.....wow! Breakfast continued to blow us away. Myself and my family left extremely happy and very full. Had a wonderful experience, wish it was for longer xx

My wife and I wished we stayed more than one night! The food was SO good, we had 3 courses for a Sunday Roast and each was better than the last (seriously, that Sticky Toffee Pudding was one of the best I've ever had). The staff were super nice, the bar manager Chris, Alex (bartending/serving), and everyone else! The room was a good size, was clean and well kept, good decor (and photography!), plus the private outdoor terrace was great too. Overall the whole property is modern and polished, yet cosy and comfortable! We'd absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much!

A lovely place to stay overall. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately we were kept awake during the night because of a very bright green light on the ceiling! The staff were great and the restaurant serves a good meal too. Breakfast was lovely.
