Holly-Garth is a four-bedroom house sleeping eight near Helmsley in North Yorkshire, available as an entire property to yourself. The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the basics—and opens onto a patio. Two separate sitting rooms give you flexibility: one has a wood burner and Smart TV with Sky, the other a gas wood burner and garden access. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, heating and initial fuel for the fires are all included; there is parking for three cars on site.

The main bedroom is a king with an ensuite bath and shower. Two further bedrooms have zip-and-link super king beds (which convert to twin singles if needed), and the fourth is a double. Three bathrooms means no queuing—the ensuite upstairs, a ground-floor shower room, and a family bathroom on the first floor. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. The back garden has a barbecue, furniture and space to spread out. One well-behaved pet stays free. The property does not permit smoking. A pub is within a mile, and Helmsley Arts Centre is nearby.
