Kate's Cottage occupies a mid-terraced stone building at the heart of this landscape, a retreat for two with genuine character: beamed ceilings, a stone floor and a window seat that frames village views.
Ground floor holds an open-plan living space arranged around a wood burner, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric range, dishwasher, granite worktops—and a breakfast bar overlooking it all. Upstairs, a double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) connects to an en-suite with roll-top bath and underfloor heating. At the rear, an enclosed courtyard catches afternoon sun and comes with garden furniture and a barbecue. On-site parking fits one car. One dog stays free; initial logs for the burner and a welcome pack are included, along with wi-fi and all the essentials.
