Kirk Close began life as a cow byre before conversion into a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house in the North Yorkshire Dales village of Askrigg. It sleeps six and sits on a private plot with lawned garden, patio and parking for three cars. One dog can stay at no extra charge. The living room has a multi-fuel burner and opens onto the patio; bedrooms are split across two floors, with the first floor double also fitted with a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it; the first bedroom has its own ensuite cubicle. A cot and highchair are available on request. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Askrigg itself sits within walking distance of a pub. The surrounding countryside is open and accessible, with the broader Dales landscape nearby. The property suits families and small groups seeking a rural base with working space and modern amenities.
