Lily Green Retreats - Eva Rose

Eva Rose is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor in York's city centre, within steps of Marks & Spencer. The whole space is yours—a compact, well-equipped retreat for two people or a couple with a pet. Everything you need for self-catering is here: the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer and fridge-freezer, so cooking proper meals is straightforward. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, and heating is provided via LPG central heating, with the wood burner's initial fuel covered too.

The open-plan living area combines a sitting zone with Freesat television and wood-burning stove, a dining space, and the kitchen. The bedroom has a super king-size bed, and there's a shower room with a cubicle shower. Glass doors open from the living area onto a private balcony. You also have the use of a shared front garden with sitting-out area and furniture, plus your own parking space on site. There are 10 steps in the garden. Smoking is not permitted. This setup works well for a short break in the city, whether you're visiting York's attractions or using the location as a base for exploring further afield.
