Two bathrooms mean minimal queue time. Everything sits on a single level with step-free access throughout.

The heart of the place is an open-plan living and kitchen area with full-height windows onto the river, sliding doors opening to private decking, and a log burner for cooler evenings. There's room to cook properly and eat together, or sprawl across the seating area. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The location is genuinely rural but not remote—a pub sits within a mile, and there are walks from the door. One dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking throughout.
