Richmond's riverside setting puts you within easy reach of the market town's shops and cafés, plus countryside walks along the Swale and beyond. A local pub serving food sits just over half a mile away. The townhouse itself spreads across three floors, with the main living space on the first floor where high ceilings and an open-plan layout join the sitting and dining areas. A small balcony overlooks the direction of the river—a place to pause with coffee before heading out. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals.

Three bedrooms accommodate six guests: two on the ground floor with king-size beds, and one on the top floor with a zip-and-link bed (configure as super-king or twin singles as you prefer). The top-floor bedroom has its own en-suite; the ground-floor rooms share the house bathroom. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with electricity; heating and hot water are covered. The property is non-smoking. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
