Marske Hall Country Estate - Northern Dancer Cottage

Built into the restored stable courtyard of Marske Hall Country Estate, Northern Dancer Cottage combines period architecture with contemporary fittings. The building sits a few miles from Richmond in North Yorkshire, within reach of the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding countryside. You access the first-floor cottage via 22 steps, and the entire space is yours alone with your guests and one pet.

Inside, two bedrooms each contain a king-size four-poster bed with an ensuite bathroom. One ensuite has a bath; the other a walk-in shower. The open-plan ground floor holds a living area with a smart TV, a dining space, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine included. Oil central heating keeps the cottage warm. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and electricity are covered in your booking. A welcome pack is provided, and if you need it, a travel cot is available.

Private parking for two cars sits on the estate, and there's an electric car charging point. The cottage is non-smoking. It suits couples, friends or families wanting a base to explore the region or simply retreat for a quiet break.
