Meadowcroft

Meadowcroft comes with everything you need already sorted: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The kitchen is properly equipped—electric oven, gas hob, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine mean you can cook whatever you fancy. Downstairs there's a bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a living and dining space with a wood-burning stove and smart TV. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed, one single. One small dog can stay free.

The cottage occupies what was once the village shop in Sinnington, a few yards from the pub across the road. It has an enclosed front garden with seating and furniture outside. You get the whole place to yourself, arriving after 4 pm and leaving by 10 am. No smoking inside. Sinnington Common is close by; from here you can explore the North York Moors, reach Pickering and its castle, or drive to stately homes and heritage attractions further afield.
