Midbays

Midbays is a townhouse spread across three floors in Scarborough, positioned between North Bay and South Bay. The town centre, theatre and station are a five-minute walk away, and both beaches lie within a mile. A pub is also within a mile of the property. The whole place is yours alone, sleeping six across three bedrooms.

The ground floor has a living room with a Smart TV and a separate dining room, plus a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with an electric oven and hob, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a bunk arrangement (single above, double below) plus a sofa bed—and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The second floor bedroom is more spacious, with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa. Throughout the property, essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. There's an enclosed patio at the back, a lockable shed for bikes or other equipment, and on-road parking.

One dog stays free, and the owners leave bowls and a towel. The place doesn't suit smokers. Families travelling with young children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. All the flexibility in sleeping arrangements—with sofas and different bed sizes—makes this work well for groups mixing adults and children, or friends who want their own sleeping spaces.
